Pep talk...

Happy Friday y’all!!! 🎊 Wow, this week has been a busy work week but a successful one. 5am Lower Body Circuit 🍑with Alejandro Natividad TC's was a sweaty, fast paced session. My glutes & legs are still feeling it from Shawny Taysom TC’s Wednesday Full Body Circuit. I swear these trainers at the Camp Transformation Center in Parma, Ohio bring it!!!🔥🔥🔥💦💦💦🙌🏼 I started carb cycling on Monday. Weighed myself upon waking that morning and weighed again this am. I’m down 4 lbs. exactly. 🙌🏼🥳 I am sleeping better, I feel more energized, and my system went through a cleanse as well. Mentally and physically, I feel great! Sometimes, you gotta break away from the norm and try something new. Don’t be afraid of change or focus on limitations. It will keep you feeling stuck. Focus on gratitude, self love, being yourself without the fear of who will accept or stand by you. Everything unfolds and teaches you something. The law of attraction attracts thoughts, people, and habits into your life. Good or bad, you always gain experience and a lesson through it. Today, I am grateful, whole, fully loved and supported, love who I am, my depth as a person, empathy to feel beyond myself, compassion, kindness, and selflessness. Always know the true meaning beyond self love and care. It’s not a selfish act. It’s vital to keep everything in positive sync and motion. Stay humble though as there is a difference between selfishness and selflessness. One promotes ego and doesn’t seek to support outside of self. The other seeks the soul to be better as a human and seeks conscious awareness to lift others, promotes kindness, and lives a life of compassion. Character always reflects the givers and the takers. Be on a quest to be kinder and thoughtful. But know the difference between being kind vs being taken advantage of. You deserve kindness in return. Hope you have a wonderful Friday! ❤️ Make it great!
