Lemon Garlic Brussels Sprouts Salad with mixed greens

Merry Christmas 🎄❤️ 👩🏻🍳👌🏼😋 Ingredients: (Serves 6) - 1 lb. of Brussels sprouts, shaved - 3-4 Tbsp. of EVOO - 1 lemon, cut & squeezed (remove the seeds) - 1 clove of garlic, pressed - 1/2 a small container of spring mix salad - Belgioioso Fontina cheese, cut into chunks (about 3/4 cup) - 1 pkg of Made in Nature - figgy pops cranberry, pistachio supersnacks, cut in half, twice - a few dashes of Himalayan pink salt & ground black pepper Directions: 1) In a large mixing bowl, add the shaved Brussels sprouts, fresh squeezed lemon, pressed garlic, Himalayan pink salt & pepper. 2) Mix together and chill in the fridge for about 2 hours. 3) When ready to serve, add the spring mix, cheese, & chopped figgy pops, & a dash of Himalayan pink salt. 4) Toss together and serve into small salad bowls
