Sautéed spiralized zucchini topped with ground chicken, marinara sauce, romano & basil

A cloudy Monday calls for an easy, clean comfort meal. Now to finish food prepping that I started yesterday as life happened and got in the way. Then get in a weight workout. No matter what life throws you, make sure to take care of you. ❤ ✌🏼

Ingredients:

(I use organics whenever possible.)

*about a Tbsp. of organic, unrefined coconut oil, per skillet

*2 zucchini, spiralized

*1 lb. of ground chicken

*2 cloves of fresh garlic, pressed

*1 Tbsp. of Wow-a-chihuahua seasoning

*1 Tbsp. of M&B spice garlic & parsley seasoning

*1 Tbsp. of Bragg's 24 Herbs & Spices seasoning

*a few dashes of Himalayan pink salt

*2 fresh basil leaves, chopped

*about 1/2 cup of Mario Batali organic, marinara sauce, per serving

*BelGioioso Romano cheese, enough to garnish

Directions:

1) In a small skillet over medium heat, add about 1 Tbsp. of coconut oil.

2) Then add the 2 cloves of pressed garlic, the ground chicken, dash on some Himalayan pink salt, M&B Spices organic garlic & parsley seasoning, Wow-a-chihuahua seasoning & Bragg's 24 herbs & spices seasoning,

3) Sauté the chicken until lightly brown on both sides.

4) Then set aside, cover with a lid over warm heat.

5) In a large skillet over medium heat, add about 1 Tbsp. of coconut oil, add in the spiralized zucchini

6) Stir and cook for about 5-6 minutes.

7) Simmer the marinara in a small sauce pan with a lid and then remove from the heat.

8) Then add a portion of the zucchini in a pasta bowl, add the sauce and ground chicken.

9) Top with a sprinkle with Romano and garnish with fresh basil.

10) Serve and enjoy!
