Garlicky broccoli & romano gnocchi skillet

👌🏼👩🏻‍🍳You don't have to give up your favorites to maintain a healthy waistline. If you give yourself a small portion, search for healthier ingredients, and keep your goals in line, you're golden! 😂💪🏼 Cappellos pasta is the best. ❤😋 Time to clean up & chill. Have a relaxing night!✌🏼💋

Ingredients:

*2 boxes of Cappello's gnocchi (gluten free)

*2 Tbsp. of avocado oil (enough to sauté with)

*2 cloves of garlic, pressed

*1 1/2 Tbsp. of Bragg's 24 herbs & spices seasoning

*1 1/2 Tbsp. of M&B Spices Organic granulated garlic & parsley seasoning

*Himalayan pink salt to taste

*1 1/2 cup of broccoli of frozen broccoli, steamed or microwaved

*1 Tbsp. of butter

*grated pecorino romano cheese (just enough to sprinkle as a garnish)

Directions:

1) Follow the directions of the box to boil the pasta in a large pot.

2) Drain the pasta in a strainer.

3) Steam the broccoli or microwave. (follow the directions of the bag.)

4) In a large skillet over medium heat, add 1 Tbsp. of the avocado oil and sauté the garlic. (don't burn the garlic)

5) Quickly add the broccoli, the butter, and dash on Himalayan pink salt for about 2-3 minutes.

6) Next add the pasta, add the other Tbsp. of avocado oil and season with Bragg's 24 herbs & spices seasoning, & M&B Spices Organic granulated garlic & parsley seasoning.

7) Stir well to blend together for about 3-5 minutes.

8) Garnish with Romano cheese.

9) Serve right from the skillet & Enjoy!
