Grass fed ground beef, sautéed veggies, & quinoa stir fry

After a workout tonight, I just wanted to throw something together without much planning. Everything but the kitchen sink! 🤣🔅Grassfed ground beef, a blend of sautéed veggies, & Path of Life quinoa Superfood Pilaf. 😍🔅👩🏻🍳Sautéed skillet meals make for time savers and getting more veggies in your daily diet. 💪🏼Plus leftover beef salad. I'm set!
Ingredients:
*Organic, unrefined coconut oil (to sauté the meat & veggies)
*Coconut Secret Coconut Aminos
*Himalayan pink salt
*M&B Spices organic garlic & parsley seasoning
*Bragg's 24 herbs & spices seasoning
*Wow-a-chihuahua seasoning
*2 cloves of garlic, pressed
*1 lb. of grassfed Ground Beef: 95% Lean / 5% Fat
(I used http://www.pre-brands.com/products/pre-ground-beef-extra-lean/)
*1 1/2 cups of broccoli "rice"
*1/2 a sweet onion, chopped
*1 red bell pepper, julienne sliced
*2 handfuls of Cal-Organic - Color Shred Carrots
*about 7 baby portobello mushrooms, sliced
*1 frozen bag of Path of Life Superfood Pilaf (quinoa)
Directions:
1) In a small skillet over medium heat, add about 1 Tbsp. of coconut oil.
2) Then add the 2 cloves of pressed garlic, the ground beef, dash on some Himalayan pink salt,Bragg's 24 herbs & spices seasoning, Wow-a-chihuahua seasoning and 2 Tbsp of coconut aminos over the mixture.
3) Sauté the beef until lightly brown on both sides.
4) Then set aside over warm heat.
5) In a medium skillet over medium heat, add about 1 Tbsp. of coconut oil. Then add in the sweet onions, red bell peppers and mushrooms. Cook until tender.
6) In a large skillet, add about 1 Tbsp. of coconut oil and the broccoli "rice" and carrots. Dash on Himalayan pink salt, M&B Spices organic garlic & parsley seasoning, and cook until tender.
7) In a small skillet over medium heat, add about 2 Tbsp. of water, add in the Path of Life frozen quinoa, stir and cook for about 5-6 minutes.
8) On a large platter, arrange the broccoli "rice" and carrots, ground beef, quinoa, peppers, onions, and mushrooms
9) Serve warm and Enjoy!
