Tangy Tart Lemon Hummus

Nothing better than hummus made right from my kitchen. Today I added extra lemon šŸ‹ for a tangy tart flavor. Obsessed! I could eat hummus everyday. šŸ˜

Ingredients:

šŸ”…(1) 15 oz. can of organic, northern beans, cannellini or garbanzo beans (drained & rinsed in a strainer) šŸ”…1/4 cup of tahini šŸ”…1 1/2 organic lemons, squeezed

(remove the seeds)

šŸ”…2-3 Tbsp. of EVOO šŸ”…1-2 cloves of fresh, organic garlic šŸ”… a few dashes of Himalayan pink salt (If too thick, add a few tablespoons of filtered water)

***I like to drizzle a little extra EVOO over the finished product & dash of paprika***
