Stir fry wraps

Ready to assemble?! Yes ma'am! 🙌🏼😂 Stir fry wraps for lunch.🍴Totally worth a little preparation. 👩🏻🍳😘
Ingredients:
*avocado oil (to sauté the meat & veggies)
*Coconut Secret Coconut Aminos
*Himalayan pink salt
*M&B Spices organic garlic & parsley seasoning
*Bragg's 24 herbs & spices seasoning
*2 cloves of garlic, pressed
*1 lb. of grassfed Ground Beef: 95% Lean / 5% Fat
(I used http://www.pre-brands.com/products/pre-ground-beef-extra-lean/)
*1 1/2 cups of cauliflower "rice"
*4 stalks of green onion, chopped
*yellow, red, green bell pepper, diced (about a 1/4 cup for each color.)
*2 handfuls of Cal-Organic - Color Shred Carrots
*4 Swiss chard leaves (cut off the stems first, then cut into large chopped leaves)
*1 fresh lime, squeezed
Directions:
1) In a small skillet over medium heat, add about 1 Tbsp. of avocado oil.
2) Then add the 2 cloves of pressed garlic, the ground beef, dash on some Himalayan pink salt,Bragg's 24 herbs & spices seasoning, 2 Tbsp of coconut aminos, & squeeze 1/2 a lime over the mixture.
3) Sauté the beef until lightly brown on both sides.
4) Then set aside over warm heat.
5) In a medium skillet over medium heat, add about 1 Tbsp. of avocado oil. Then add in the green onions, tri-colored peppers and carrots. Add the Swiss chard and cook until tender.
6) In a large skillet, add about 1 Tbsp. of avocado oil and the cauliflower rice. Dash on Himalayan pink salt, M&B Spices organic garlic & parsley seasoning, and about a 1/4 of the remaining lime. Cook until tender.
7) On a large platter, arrange the cauliflower rice, ground beef, peppers and carrots, and a layer of the Swiss chard.
8) Wrap the tortilla on a pan.
9) Remove and place it on a plate.
10) Add the lemon hummus and layer with all the stir fry component. Serve warm.
***You can eat meal this into a meal without the tortilla as well***
