Creating your own happiness....Who is creating it?!

Happiness truly is an inside job that has to come from within. Each day is a chance to change some uncertainty, a gloomy outcome, and to have gratitude for even everyday blessings that we may lose sight of. It takes the WILL to press forward, to fill yourself up and be consumed with GRATITUDE, find a way to SMILE, LOVE, ...and LAUGH, to feel more than GOOD and just be PRESENT. We all weather many storms in our journey. But don't get stuck there. Nope! I've been there and refuse to ever stay there. If anything, I've learned through the greatest challenges and adversities is how precious life is and to live it every day. Make the most of it. Be kind to everyone and enjoy moments with the people in your life. It was a little over 3 years ago that I held my dearest grandma Ann's hand as she took her last breaths. I don't know if you ever can really prepare for how you will feel when losing a loved one and the experience of being that up close and personal with it. I will say that her death was one of the hardest moments in my life and it changed my life! With such sorrow, she gave me a fresh perspective. She is forever loved and missed without a doubt. But listen up! Rise above adversity and know that with God and the loving people in your life, there is always HOPE, a FRESH start, and a LIGHT at the end of a grim tunnel. Sometimes in many areas, we focus on what was, instead of what actually is. Forcing anything is straight up toxic especially living in the past and with relationships in general. All you can do is put your best foot forward everyday. Be your authentic self without feeling that you are auditioning for acceptance and to be liked by qualifications on someone's checklist. Know you. Be you. Love you first. Be surrounded by those that VALUE your presence. Sending love & positive energy! God placed this message upon my heart. Sometimes, most times, we all could use a friendly reminder. Have a fabulous Friday! -Renee ✌❤️
