Baked wild caught cod paired w/ sautéed veggies & Path of Life Hash browns

Baked wild caught cod from Earthfare paired with sautéed veggies and Path of Life Hash browns👩🏻‍🍳👌🏼😍 So good!

Baked Cod directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Foil a baking sheets & drizzle with avocado oil. Place fish on a foiled baking sheet. Dash oven Himalayan pink salt, M&B Spices Organic Garlic & Parsley seasoning, & Bragg's organic 24 Herbs & Spices seasoning. Cook uncovered until fish flakes easily with fork, 25-30 minutes.

Sautéed veggies:

*Heat skillet to medium heat with a drizzle of avocado oil.

*chop 1/3 cup of sweet onions, a handful of portobello mushrooms, 1 yellow bell pepper, and 2 cloves of garlic, pressed. Sauté until tender. Then add in chopped Swiss chard (about 3 large leaves.)

Path of Life Hash Browns:

In a separate skillet: *Heat skillet to medium heat with a drizzle of avocado oil about 2 Tablespoons. Add the frozen hashbrowns and spread evenly in the pan. Allow the potatoes to cook undisturbed for abour 4 to 6 minutes. Then begin stirring and allow to cook for about 5 to 6 minutes or until the potatoes are browned.

Arrange the hash browns in a bowl along side of your baked cod and add the sautéed veggies on top of the potatoes. Serve & Enjoy!!!
