*Paleo Slider Ingredients: - 1 lb 1/2 of grassfed ground beef -1/4 cup of organic, sweet onion, chopped - 1 clove of fresh garlic, pressed - 1 Tbsp of yellow mustard or you can use Dijon mustard - season with Himalayan pink salt, black pepper and M&B's garlic & parsley seasoning
-Mix together
- Pan seared in coconut oil
-brown on both sides over medium heat
*Baked buffalo cauliflower bites (From Tip Hero videos)
-Preheat oven to 450F degrees
-On a rectangle shaped baking sheet cover with foil
- 1 head of organic cauliflower, chopped (I recommend chopping it in a shopping bag in the sink. Results in easy cleanup) - 1 Tbsp of melted, grassfed butter
- 3/4 cup of Frank's Red Hot Original cayenne pepper sauce (I melted the butter for 30 seconds in a glass measuring cup in the microwave & then added the hot sauce right into it)
- Dash in Himalayan pink salt, black pepper, and granulated garlic (Stir with a fork)
-Place the chopped cauliflower in a clear bag or a large ziplock bag
-Pour in the hot sauce mix, seal the bag, and shake until evenly coated
-Distribute the coated cauliflower on the foil covered baking sheet for 20 minutes. That's it! Wow!
*Spinach salad tossed in EVOO, balsamic vinegar, fresh lemon & garlic, a dash of Himalayan pink salt, cherry tomatoes, & sliced avocado
*Japanese sweet potatoes tossed in coconut oil, Himalayan pink salt, & ground cinnamon - baked at 450 degrees for 30-40 minutes until tender.
(A meal for two with leftovers or enough for 4 servings.)
