Who doesn't love banana bread?!I thought 💭 why not add shredded coconut 🌴 ?!👩🏻‍🍳

***Ingredients: ❇️Dry ingredients: 🔅2 1/2 cups of Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour 🔅2 Tbsp. of ground cinnamon 🔅1 tsp. of pumpkin spice 🔅1/2 tsp of sea salt (I used a few dashes of Himalayan pink salt) 🔅1 tsp of baking soda 🔅about a cup of shredded, unsweetened coconut

❇️Wet ingredients: 🔅2 eggs 🔅2 Tbsp. of raw honey 🔅1/2 cup of Greek nonfat yogurt 🔅2 ripe bananas (if the bananas are small, you can even use 3 bananas) 🔅1 tsp of pure vanilla extract

Directions: 1) Preheat oven to 350F 2) Grease a loaf pan by hand and rub coconut oil along the sides & bottom of the pan. 3) In a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients and set the bowl aside. 4) In a medium bowl, add all the wet ingredients and use a hand mixer to blend or by hand. 5) Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. 6) Pour the batter into the loaf pan 7) Bake for 50-60 minutes until center is firm 8) Allow to cool. Then slice and gently remove from the pan.
