Spiralized zucchini cakes

💁🏻spiralized zucchini cakes w/cheddar in between paired w/spiralized baked sweet potatoes & sautéed breakfast sausage 😋👩🏻‍🍳

Zucchini cakes ingredients: (Makes 6 total patties) 🔅2 spiralized or shredded zucchini

🔅1 large egg... 🔅1/2 of grated Romano 🔅1/4 cup of coconut flour or cornstarch

🔅Himalayan pink salt, ground black pepper, & M&B organic garlic and parsley seasoning to taste

🔅avocado oil for cooking

🔅Organic Valley Colby slices

👉🏼Place the prepared zucchini in a kitchen towel to remove the excess water. Then mix the ingredients together. In a skillet, cook for about 5 minutes each side in avocado oil. Then assemble by adding a slice of cheese and placing another patty on top.
