šŸ’šŸ»spiralized zucchini cakes w/cheddar in between paired w/spiralized baked sweet potatoes & sautĆ©ed breakfast sausage šŸ˜‹šŸ‘©šŸ»ā€šŸ³

Zucchini cakes ingredients: (Makes 6 total patties) šŸ”…2 spiralized or shredded zucchini

šŸ”…1 large egg... šŸ”…1/2 of grated Romano šŸ”…1/4 cup of coconut flour or cornstarch

šŸ”…Himalayan pink salt, ground black pepper, & M&B organic garlic and parsley seasoning to taste

šŸ”…avocado oil for cooking

šŸ”…Organic Valley Colby slices

šŸ‘‰šŸ¼Place the prepared zucchini in a kitchen towel to remove the excess water. Then mix the ingredients together. In a skillet, cook for about 5 minutes each side in avocado oil. Then assemble by adding a slice of cheese and placing another patty on top.
