šš»spiralized zucchini cakes w/cheddar in between paired w/spiralized baked sweet potatoes & sautĆ©ed breakfast sausage šš©š»āš³
Zucchini cakes ingredients: (Makes 6 total patties) š 2 spiralized or shredded zucchini
š 1 large egg... š 1/2 of grated Romano š 1/4 cup of coconut flour or cornstarch
š Himalayan pink salt, ground black pepper, & M&B organic garlic and parsley seasoning to taste
š avocado oil for cooking
š Organic Valley Colby slices
šš¼Place the prepared zucchini in a kitchen towel to remove the excess water. Then mix the ingredients together. In a skillet, cook for about 5 minutes each side in avocado oil. Then assemble by adding a slice of cheese and placing another patty on top.
