Chopped Tuna Steak & Veggie Stir Fry


Putting on my creativity cap today! 🤔Sautéed in organic unrefined coconut oil: cauliflower & broccoli "rice", red onion, orange bell pepper, peas, baby portobello mushrooms, fresh garlic and fresh grated ginger. Seasoned with Himalayan pink salt, M&B's organic garlic and parsley seasoning, ground black pepper, & crushed red pepper.

Sesame ginger chopped tuna steak prepped by Earthfare. I sautéed it for about a minute on both sides. Then baked at 350 degrees for about 6 minut...es.

Then arranged on a platter and drizzle raw honey and half a fresh lime. So flavorful! 😋Lunch is served. 🍴👩🏻‍🍳 (A meal for 2 with leftovers or enough for 4 servings.)
