Gnocchi with pancetta sauce with my own gluten free spin

👌🏼 Recipe inspired by Sunny Anderson / The Food Network
Ingredients: - 2 boxes of Cappellos Gnocchi - 1 pkg. of Fiorucci pancetta, diced - 1-2 Tbsp. of avocado oil... - 1/2 a sweet onion, diced - 1-2 cloves of fresh garlic, pressed - 1/2 a fresh lemon, squeezed - 1 bag of organic, frozen peas (use about 3/4 of the bag) - dash of M&B organic garlic & parsley seasoning - ground black pepper & Himalayan pink salt to taste - BelGioioso Romano cheese
Directions: 1) In a nonstick skillet, heat to medium and add 1-2 Tbsp. of avocado oil 2) Sauté the pancetta &sweet onions 3) Add the frozen peas, fresh pressed garlic, & fresh squeezed lemon 4) Dash on M&B's garlic & parsley seasoning, ground black pepper, & Himalayan pink salt 5) Continue to turn the mixture and keep on low. 6) In a pot, boil the gnocchi for no more than 3 minutes. 7) Strain the pasta and add to the skillet 8) Toss together and sprinkle with Romano cheese
