Cauliflower Grilled Cheese


๐Ÿง€๐Ÿ™‹๐Ÿป *Inspired by Delish w/my own flare (It makes about 6 cauliflower patties = 3 Grilled cheese sandwiches ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿผ) Ingredients: ๐Ÿ”…fresh cauliflower bought as cauliflower rice or a small cauliflower head pulsed in the food processor ๐Ÿ”…2-3 eggs depending on the batch size of the cauliflower ๐Ÿ”…3/4 cup of BelGioioso Romano grated cheese ๐Ÿ”…Seasoned w/Bragg's 24 Herbs & Spices Seasoni...ng, M&B Organic Garlic & Parsley seasoning, ground black pepper, & Himalayan pink salt to taste ๐Ÿ”…Organic Valley Colby cheese slices ๐Ÿ”…Avocado Oil Directions: 1) In a large bowl, mix the cauliflower rice, eggs, Romano cheese, & all above seasonings 2) Preheat a skill over medium to medium high heat with a drizzle of avocado oil 3) Take a large spoon and scoop the mixture into 2 separate lumps in the skillet. 4) Then form the scooped mixture into a round or bread shape with a rubber spatula 5) Cook for 5-7 minutes on both sides 6) Add cheese to one cooked round and add the other cooked round on top of it and remove from the skillet 7) Repeat until mixture from the bowl is gone.
