Salad with a fried egg 🍳?! Yes please! 🙌Leaving for a weekend getaway tomorrow and not wanting any food to spoil. This is a perfect 🍴lunch. (A fried egg, fresh spinach, Swiss chard, Marzano sliced tomatoes, sliced yellow sweet mini peppers, avocado, & blueberries, seasoned with black pepper & Himalayan pink salt and a drizzle of my homemade honey lime cilantro dressing. )
