Roasted Veggies & Wild Caught Baked Cod

I love roasted veggies! Yes I make my own & photograph it! I do what I love w/o the cares of judgment ❤👩🏻‍🍳😜

🔅roasted butternut squash, Brussels sprouts, red pepper, & baby portobello mushrooms in melted coconut oil, coconut aminos, a dash of Himalayan pink salt and M&B Organic garlic & parsley seasoning) Then paired it with wild caught baked cod. 👌🏼 (I made butternut squash soup the other day. The squash was so large that I sliced up the bottom & saved for another meal. )Time saver. Meal planner 🤔 💭 think ahead!
