Baked Spaghetti Squash

Baked Spaghetti Squash šŸ‘ŒšŸ¼šŸ˜‹ I just cut it down the center & remove the seeds, rub EVOO on it or use organic, unrefined coconut oil, dice some fresh garlic, a few shakes of Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning Salt free & grind on some Himalayan pink salt. Throw it in the oven for 45-60 min at 350F. After baking, I let it cool for a bit & then use a large metal servicing spoon to scoop out the squash a...nd place in a large serving bowl. I like to add a little extra EVOO with fresh Romano & chopped tomatoes & fresh basil/spinach or sometimes I use sauce or add some sautĆ©ed veggies.
